The house

The approximately 3,200-square-foot house has a great room with a fireplace, an adjacent den and a finished lower-level living area. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a beverage refrigerator and generous counter space. The dining table seats nine, with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The main-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and full ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. A second main-floor bedroom has two twin beds. Upstairs are a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The lower level has a queen bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and a separate private bunk sleeping area. All six sleeping areas have air conditioning. There are four full bathrooms; the primary bathroom has a shower and tub, and the other three have showers.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated, fenced pool, a fenced backyard with lawn and landscaping, a patio, a gazebo with a dining table, a covered outdoor seating area and a gas barbecue. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, heating, a washer and dryer are provided.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
