House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Parties, events or smoking may result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Respect the neighbours. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Fireplaces are switched off at the mains and must not be used. Return keys to the lockbox at checkout. Access callouts, including those needed for subsequent guests when keys are not returned on time, incur a fee upwards of €50. Lost or damaged keys incur a replacement fee upwards of €80 per keyset. Extension requests must be made before 5 p.m. on the evening before checkout; shorter notice incurs a €35 cleaning-cancellation fee in addition to the extra nights.
Getting there
Dublin Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Malahide Castle and local coastal attractions are minutes away by car. Personal items may remain in the home, garden maintenance may take place, and guests may be asked to put bins out for collection.
