The house

The home has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, a separate ground-floor lounge and a converted attic lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking essentials.

The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, private ensuite and storage; bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a double bed and storage. There are two ensuite bathrooms, a family bathroom with a bath and shower, and an additional ground-floor guest WC. Linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

Two dedicated workspaces and fast Wi-Fi support remote working. A washer/dryer, iron and central heating are available. The private garden has goal posts, a patio and space for outdoor dining. Guests have full access to the property, with self-check-in and 24/7 guest support. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Malahide offers a marina, coastal walks, a nearby beach, cafés, restaurants, boutiques and pubs. Malahide Castle and local coastal attractions are minutes away by car. DART services connect to Dublin city centre and the coast, and regular Dublin Bus services serve surrounding neighbourhoods. Dublin Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by car.

This is a lived-in home, so personal items may remain. Garden maintenance may take place during a stay, and guests may be asked to put bins out for collection.
