Children and infants are welcome. Pets, parties and smoking are not allowed. Smoking inside incurs a minimum fine of AED 1800. The minimum check-in age is 18. Complete the online check-in form with guest details and expected arrival time, and submit a copy of each guest's passport before arrival. Self-check-in is available from 16:00. Arrivals after 21:00 require a GuestReady representative to be present and incur a mandatory AED 150 surcharge payable in advance; share your arrival time in advance. Checkout is strictly at 11:00; late checkout without prior approval incurs an AED 1800 penalty. Daily housekeeping is optional, available on request for an additional fee. Free cancellation is available up to five days before check-in.
Getting there
Dubai Mall is a five-minute walk away; Dubai Fountain is an eight-minute walk away. Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Mohammed Boulevard are within a 20-minute walk. Dubai Airport is 17 minutes away. Occasional construction in the building or surrounding area may cause noise or affect views.
