The house

The apartment has one bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, plus a living room with a double sofa bed, wide-screen smart TV and dining table for four. A balcony overlooks the Downtown Dubai skyline. One bathroom has a toilet and shower; the second is toilet-only.

The equipped kitchen includes cookware, cutlery and a dishwasher. A washing machine, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and on-property parking are available. Guests have access to the entire apartment and the building's shared gym and outdoor swimming pool.

Mada Residences is across from The Address Views Hotel. Dubai Mall is a five-minute walk away and Dubai Fountain is an eight-minute walk away. Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Mohammed Boulevard are within a 20-minute walk. Dubai Airport is 17 minutes away. Choitrams grocery is across from the building, and Fairmart is below it.

Daily housekeeping is available on request for an additional fee. Additional services include luggage storage, private drivers, children's equipment and activities. Occasional construction in the building or surrounding area may cause noise or affect views.
