The first-floor apartment is in a building with a lift. It has a double bed and a sofa bed for one additional guest, a living-dining area with Smart TV, a piano, central air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and utensils. There is a bathroom with a shower; towels, a hair dryer and an iron are provided. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.
The communal rooftop has a saltwater swimming pool measuring 5.5 × 3 metres, with a uniform depth of 1.25 metres, sun loungers and an outdoor bathroom. Scheduled pool access is from 1 May to 30 October, daily from 11:00–15:00 and 17:00–22:00. Opening and closing dates depend on community regulations and may change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
