House rules
No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. The flat is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Guests must read and respect the house rules before booking and during their stay.
Getting there
Granton waterfront and harbour are a short walk away. The Granton Park Avenue bus stop is a 2–3 minute walk from the flat, and Route 17 provides a direct service between Edinburgh Airport and the Granton area. Regular buses connect Granton to central Edinburgh; journey estimates range from around 15 to 25 minutes by bus, car or taxi, depending on destination and traffic. Edinburgh Airport is around 25–30 minutes away by car or taxi. A car is not needed to get around Edinburgh from Granton.
