The house

Guests have exclusive access to the full flat. The bright living room has a sofa, TV, large windows, hardwood floors and a dining table with four stools. The open-plan kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cookware and crockery, plus a washer-dryer. A second dining table has two chairs and bench seating.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a built-in wardrobe with hangers and a wooden window bench. Its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, a bedside table and waterfront views. A separate bathroom includes a toilet, basin and full-size bath with a shower attachment. Bed linen and towels are provided. The private balcony has a table and chairs and views towards the waterfront and the Firth of Forth.

The flat is professionally cleaned and offers 24/7 guest support. Stays are fully self-catered; supplies such as salt, pepper, cooking oil and toiletries may be provided but are not guaranteed.

Granton Harbour, waterfront promenades and coastal cycle paths are a short walk away. Nearby areas include Newhaven, Leith and Stockbridge, with the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh within easy reach. Supermarkets, cafés and everyday amenities are close by. The Pitt Market is a short walk away and offers street food, craft drinks, artisan stalls, live music and community events.
