House rules
Monthly rental only, with exclusive use for a full 30-day period and no prorated stays. Standard occupancy is 10 guests; a maximum of 11 is permitted with an extra guest fee. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Online bookings require manager/owner approval. Included electricity usage is limited to $400 per month. A refundable $1,000 electricity deposit is collected before check-in and is fully refunded after checkout if usage remains within the allowance and no additional charges apply. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
A private backyard gate provides a direct walking path to Kailua Beach. A car is recommended. The primary bedroom is accessed through the optional fifth bedroom or from the exterior lanai. The second primary bedroom’s twin futon is suitable for very small children.
