House rules
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00 every day and check-out is before 10:00. Groups of young people up to 22 years are not accepted. No smoking. No pets. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is held by credit-card hold and is payable on arrival. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €110 per booking, and a cot/crib costs €15 per booking. Heating, internet access, garage, tourist tax and arrival outside the indicated office hours are included. The entrance and stairwell are shared with the downstairs apartment.
Getting there
The Pengelstein ski slope is 2 m away. The Pengelstein Gondola is 1 km away by ski and 2 km by car. The road is cleared promptly after snowfalls, but vehicles with all-wheel drive and/or snow chains may be required. Kirchberg town centre and shops are 6 km away.
