The house

The house has an open-plan kitchen and dining room with a four-burner cooktop and oven, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils and tableware. A separate living room has a flatscreen satellite TV and a sofa that converts into a double sofa bed. The lower floor has a bathroom with a bath/shower combination, wash basin and washing machine, plus a separate guest WC. Upstairs, the bunk-bedroom leads through to the master bedroom, which has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination and wash basin, and a separate WC.

Both bedrooms have balcony access facing north or south. The lower floor opens to the garden and a large terrace with outdoor dining furniture. Wi-Fi, a garage space and outdoor parking are provided. The entrance and stairwell are shared with the downstairs apartment, which has its own separate entrance. The road is cleared after snowfalls, but all-wheel drive and/or snow chains may be required. The Pengelstein Gondola is 1 km away by ski and 2 km by car; the Pengelstein ski slope is 2 m away.

Kirchberg town centre and shops are 6 km away.
