Children are welcome. The minimum age to book is 21. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Getting there
The condo is on the first floor. Steamboat Ski Resort is within walking distance. Parking is limited to one car.
