The house

Lodge at Steamboat E103 accommodates six guests in a 1,041-square-foot condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rustic interior has wood finishes, seating areas, a fireplace and heating. A private balcony provides outdoor seating.

The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, with a dining area. Guests have access to a shared heated pool, shared hot tub and outdoor grilling areas. There is a private washer/dryer as well as access to on-site coin-operated laundry.

A split air-conditioning system serves the primary bedroom and main living area; the home does not have central air conditioning. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television with cable/satellite service and parking for one car are available. Bed linens, towels, hangers, an iron and toiletries are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. Luggage drop-off is allowed.
