What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m.
Does Live Aqua Monterrey accept pets?
The property FAQ says the hotel is currently not pet-friendly. The amenities page separately lists a dog-friendly program with an extra charge; confirm the current policy.
From what age is check-in permitted?
Check-in is permitted from age 18. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Is the hotel adults-only?
No. The hotel is not adults-only.
Does the hotel have a spa?
Yes. The hotel offers wellness experiences and spa treatments. Treatments are booked separately and cost extra.
Does the hotel have guest parking?
Yes. Guest parking is subject to availability during the stay.
What does the Wellness Suite include?

How far is the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is approximately 33 km from the airport. Transfer time is usually 30 to 90 minutes depending on traffic and time of day.
Does the hotel offer airport transportation?
