The house

This waterfront home near an ocean inlet has a dock with space for two boats. Its open floor plan includes cathedral ceilings, numerous skylights and a great room with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters and a tumbled-marble floor. A separate guest cottage includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Outside are a stone patio with waterfront views, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a grill, outdoor shower, kayak/canoe, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The yard is fenced. The private inground pool is heated, and there is a hot tub.

The sleeping accommodations include a king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds and a double/full bed. Each listed bedroom has air conditioning; the king room and one queen room have ensuite bathrooms. All listed bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first/main floor. Two full bathrooms have a shower and tub; the other two have showers. The bathrooms are advertised as handicap accessible.

Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Other facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking and a private entrance. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. A speaker system, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are also provided.

The homeowner manages on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Outdoor facilities have seasonal limitations.
