House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. Children and infants are welcome. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; check-in outside these hours must be requested. Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth and top floor; the building has an elevator. Interior space is limited. Lancaster Gate Underground station and Paddington Station are each under a five-minute walk away. Hyde Park and the Italian Gardens are nearby. Oxford Circus is under 10 minutes away and Heathrow Airport under 30 minutes away.
