The house

The main room has a double bed, a wall-mounted Samsung Frame TV, a dining table for two and a wardrobe. The separate galley-style kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cookware and crockery. There is no dishwasher because space is limited. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, sink and WC.

The apartment has central heating, free Hyperoptic Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, cleaning products and essentials including towels, bed linen, pillows, soap and toilet paper. An elevator serves the building. A portable air-conditioning unit is available during summer; limited space means it is best placed on the kitchen counter, requiring the microwave to be moved.

Hyde Park, the Italian Gardens, cafés and dining options are nearby. Lancaster Gate Underground station and Paddington Station are each under a five-minute walk away. Oxford Circus is under 10 minutes away and Heathrow Airport under 30 minutes away.
