House rules
No pets or smoking. The minimum age to book is 21. Children are welcome, and events are allowed. All guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00.
Getting there
Slopeside ski-in/ski-out access. A car is not necessary. A free shuttle bus serves Vail Village, and the bus stop is an easy walk away. On-site parking is limited to one car.
