The house

This 686-square-foot, single-level condo has updated woodwork, a bedroom with a king bed, and a living room with a queen sofabed and gas fireplace. The balcony has mountain views; ski-slope views, outdoor seating and a gas grill are also available. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dining area, stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Heating, ceiling fans, television with cable or satellite, books, Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are provided.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool heated year-round, three hot tubs, a sauna and a shared fitness room. The building has a business center, pool and hot tubs on the first floor. Card-operated shared washers and dryers and Charter Sports ski equipment services are on the second floor. Slopeside ski valet, a 24-hour front desk, lobby concierge, resort amenities access and concierge/in-home services are available. Trails End restaurant is just off the main lobby and offers dine-in and takeout.

The condo has a private entrance, and the building has an elevator. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Spa robes are supplied, with children's sizes available on request. There is a safe in the bedroom closet, along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away. Vail General store and Lionshead Liquors are around the corner. A free shuttle bus serves Vail Village, with an easy walk to the bus stop.
