House rules
No smoking indoors. Small pets are permitted subject to terms and conditions and additional charges; advise the reservations team at booking or before arrival. Minimum stays vary with the season and booking lead time and are confirmed on enquiry. A security bond of $600 is processed 1–3 days before arrival. Longer stays are allowed. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2.
Getting there
Melbourne's CBD is a 10 km drive away. A tram stop 50 m away connects to Flinders Street Station; shops, cafes and restaurants are a 400 m walk away. Moonee Valley Racecourse is 1.2 km away. Rear-laneway parking fits one small hatchback only, with a maximum width of 2.2 metres. Street parking on Fitzgerald Road is subject to posted signs.
