The house

The home has an open-plan living and dining area, an equipped kitchen, and a lounge with a Smart TV and complimentary Netflix. Reverse-cycle air conditioning serves the living area and both bedrooms. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and toaster.

Both bedrooms are just off the main living space and have built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has king-split bedding, also presented as two single beds; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. The bathroom contains a shower, single vanity and toilet. A rear laundry has a washer and dryer.

The high-walled rear courtyard has a pergola, outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ. Small pets are welcome subject to terms, advance notification and additional charges. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, a hair dryer and a travel crib are available. The home is suitable for children and infants, and longer stays are allowed.

A tram stop 50 m away connects to Flinders Street Station. Local shops, cafes and restaurants are a 400 m walk away, and Moonee Valley Racecourse is 1.2 km away. Free secure parking is available for one small hatchback, with access restrictions.
