House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Suitable for children aged 2–12, but not suitable for infants under 2. A maximum of three guests may stay. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to all stays from 24 July 2026 onwards; it is included in the total booking price and collected automatically.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor, and the building has no lift. Queen Street Gardens is a minute’s walk away; Edinburgh Castle is 15 minutes away. Edinburgh Waverley is the nearest railway station.
