The house

The apartment has a spacious living area with sofas and a dining table, plus large floor-to-ceiling windows. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table; the spare bedroom has a single bed and chest of drawers. A sofa bed is also available. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and silverware. A washing machine and dryer are provided. Professional cleaning, hotel-quality bed linen and towels, and 24/7 guest support are available. Hot water and shampoo are provided, and the apartment has smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage area known for Georgian architecture, with shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Queen Street Gardens is a minute’s walk away, and Edinburgh Castle is 15 minutes away. Princes Street and George Street provide central shopping options. Dean Gardens, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park and the Water of Leith walkway are easily accessible. Edinburgh Waverley is the nearest railway station, and Lothian Buses serve the city.
