House rules
The lead guest named on the booking must be at least 25 years old, and the reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Nighttime occupancy is limited to six. Palm Springs requires the full names of all staying guests and all vehicle license plate numbers before arrival. For bookings within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days or extensions of an existing stay, contact the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Date-dependent minimum-stay restrictions apply.
