The house

Ledo Lounge sleeps six guests and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Mid-century modern furnishings, a sloping wood-paneled ceiling and an arched fireplace define the living area, which has a blue sectional, a 65-inch Smart TV and a Sonos soundbar. The kitchen has Bosch appliances and a large island, alongside an indoor dining table for six. Three sliding glass doors connect the dining area to the pool deck.

The backyard is surrounded by privacy hedges and palm trees and includes a private heated saltwater pool, an attached sitting spa, an outdoor shower and a propane grill. Outdoor seating includes four poolside loungers, two couches, additional patio furniture and a shaded dining table for six.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor. Each has a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower only, a 55-inch Smart TV and sliding glass doors opening to the backyard. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, on-site parking and a garage with a Tesla Universal Charger are available. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.
