House rules
Monthly rental: the full 30-day charge applies regardless of nights stayed, with no prorating. The property is exclusively yours for the full rental period. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. The telescope and massage chair are not available for guest use.
Getting there
Lanikai Beach and beach access paths are within walking reach. Kailua Town and the Lanikai Pillbox Trail are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The house occupies three stories on a hillside lot. Construction next door may cause noise or partial view obstruction through 2026–2027.
