The house

Leaf House offers over 7,000 combined square feet of indoor and outdoor living behind a private gated entrance. The main living level features Jerusalem stone floors, Balinese-style ceilings, Hawaiian Koa wood, open-plan living and dining areas, and a formal dining table seating eight. An adjacent lanai has a fire table.

The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, large refrigerator, multiple wine refrigerators, espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and small appliances. Outside are a private pool with waterfall, cabana, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, garden, private yard, outdoor shower and an upper-level veranda shaded by a mango tree.

The upstairs primary suite has an ensuite bathroom, ocean views, a lanai or balcony, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are downstairs with split air conditioning and ceiling fans; Bedroom 3 also has garden views and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 5 is near the kitchen with ocean views and split air conditioning. The pool bathroom has an exterior entrance at the side of the house, and there is a separate powder room.

Facilities include a private movie theater, steam shower, outdoor gym area, whole-home sound system, smart television, board games, toys and sports balls. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach mats and a beach umbrella are provided. A washer, dryer, linens, iron and hair dryer are available. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit; security cameras are present.

Lanikai Beach and beach access paths are within walking reach. Kailua Town dining and boutiques, the Lanikai Pillbox Trail, watersports, golf, hiking and markets are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Rentals cover a full 30-day period, with exclusive use throughout. Construction next door may cause noise or partial view obstruction through 2026–2027.
