What are the check-in and checkout times?
The condo is available from 16:00 on arrival day and must be vacated before 11:00 on departure day.
What is the charge for indoor parking?
Indoor parking in basement level 1 is available for $19 per night. Some outdoor spaces in front of the resort are free, as is municipal parking across Chemin Masson. Parking is limited.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed on the property and in some condos. The fee is $25 per dog per night. A $150 penalty may be deducted from the security deposit for damage or disturbance, and animal-related cleaning costs are charged.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the site. Ask reception for the access code.
What are the early arrival and late departure fees?
Early check-in at 13:00 costs $50 plus tax; late checkout at 13:00 costs $50 plus tax. Unauthorized late checkout costs $100 plus tax. These options depend on availability.
What is the security deposit?
A $250 security deposit is preauthorized on the credit card on arrival. The unit is inspected within 24 hours after departure; if approved, the amount is released, which can take up to 10 days depending on the card.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to conditions that may apply to the reservation or advance-purchase rates. After that, the charge is 50% of the reservation total plus applicable taxes and possible additional fees. Same-day cancellation refunds taxes only.
Are children charged the full rate?
Children aged five and under stay free. Proof may be requested.
What activities and facilities are available on site?
The rooftop outdoor spa, dry sauna, and fitness room are open daily from 9:00 to 22:00. Boat rentals are available in summer. In winter, there is direct access to the Trans-Québec snowmobile trail and the Lake Masson skating loop.
Is there a restaurant on site?
Ô Quai des Brasseurs restaurant is a short walk away.
