House rules
Non-smoking apartment; parties and events are not allowed; pets are not accepted. Bed linen for one double bed and one single bed, and one small and one large towel, are included. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay and is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking, end-of-stay cleaning €56 per booking, and bath mat €3 per booking. The published concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. A refundable €800 deposit is required per booking as a card pre-authorization. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover.
