The 30 m² apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room for two additional guests. The bedroom bunk-bed alcove can be separated with a curtain. The living room opens onto a 7 m² terrace and garden. The equipped open-plan kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils. A washing machine, drying rack, television, hair dryer and fan are provided. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. One covered numbered private parking space and secure bicycle storage are available. The apartment is not equipped with Wi-Fi and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
