The house

The house sits on a peaceful country lane and has professionally decorated interiors, a kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, a separate formal dining room, a great room and a double-sided fireplace. A screened porch off the family room overlooks the backyard. There is also a finished basement and a laundry room.

Three bedrooms and an additional sleeping space provide one king bed, two queen beds and two twin beds. Two bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms; the third bedroom and additional sleeping area have Jack-and-Jill bathroom access. A second-story deck has built-in mahogany lounges overlooking the pool.

The professionally landscaped backyard has a private heated outdoor saltwater pool, a gas grill, four lounge chairs and patio furniture. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The backyard is fenced. The home has central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a laptop-friendly workspace. The kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and silverware.

Amagansett Village is steps away, and the nearby LIRR is an easy walk. Indian Wells Beach and Atlantic Beach are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
