The house

Lazy Point Beach is a renovated, approximately 2,500-square-foot home with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. A large pond across the road from the private driveway offers kayaking and paddleboarding, and the home has views toward Pond D'Pines. The Napeague Stretch is nearby for shopping and dining.

The driveway entrance leads upstairs to an open living space with a potbelly wood stove, an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and a dining table, and sliding doors to a wraparound deck with a gas grill. The upstairs primary suite connects to a study. A second entrance passes an outdoor shower and laundry room into another living area, with stairs connecting the levels.

The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The two main-floor bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed respectively. There is also an upstairs half bathroom and a main-floor full bathroom with a shower and tub. Outdoor furnishings include two lounge chairs, a table, chairs and an umbrella. Bed linens, bath and beach towels, heating, hot water, a hair dryer, washer and dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
