House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight guests, and guests must not exceed the number on the reservation. The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the stay. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Stays are temporary only, not permanent residence. Observe the good neighbor policy and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the premises, including decks and outdoor areas. Pets are strictly prohibited because of severe allergies; legally required service animals are permitted. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require prior written permission from Avari, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Lock doors and windows when away and follow applicable parking rules. Subject to booking-channel terms, guests are responsible for damage or loss, pet-policy violation charges up to $1,000, additional cleaning charges up to $500 or actual cost if greater for violations or excessive mess, and applicable fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee up to one night's rental. Rule violations may result in removal without a refund. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for correction. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Adults must supervise minors at all times. The booking channel's cancellation policy applies; unit-specific terms override general terms, and conflicting booking-channel terms take precedence.
Getting there
Beach access is a short drive away; sand dunes are within a few miles. Adults must supervise minors at all times, including around the dock and hot tub.
