The house

Lazy House accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms, five beds and two bathrooms. Its open floorplan includes a sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace and fireside desk, an adjacent living area with a sectional and 75-inch TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine.

The furnished deck overlooks the lake and includes a wind-protected area with a private six-person hot tub. Outdoor facilities include a gas grill and picnic table. A private dock, two kayaks and a five-seat pedal boat provide access to the lake; lifejackets are provided for two adults and one child.

Woahink Lake offers summertime swimming, kayaking and fishing. Sand dunes are within a few miles, and beach access is a short drive away. Old Town Florence offers galleries, shops and restaurants.
