House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; requests outside these hours must be arranged with the team. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available to hire. The grand piano is unavailable for bookings during October 2025.
Getting there
The house is footsteps from Fulham Road. Off-street parking is limited to one car. The basement wine cellar and pantry are private, and the top-floor office is locked.
