The house

The formal reception room has floor-to-ceiling doors opening onto a bright conservatory and garden terrace, with space for outdoor dining and summer barbecues. The house sits behind automatic gates with a patio garden, footsteps from Fulham Road's restaurants, boutiques and art galleries.

The contemporary kitchen has a large island, breakfast bar and pendant lighting. A separate dining area sits beneath a chandelier, and a home library provides a quieter retreat. Kitchen equipment includes a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery.

Leisure facilities include a home cinema with plush seating and atmospheric lighting, a gym with a treadmill and workout equipment, and a sauna. There is also a fireplace, central heating, a smart TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron with ironing board. Air conditioning and iPad-controlled smart technology extend throughout the property.

All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with marble finishes and modern fixtures. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed; bedrooms 2–5 each have a queen-size bed. A private basement studio has its own kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The basement wine cellar and pantry are private, and the top-floor office is locked.

The home is suitable for children and infants. Towels, bed linen, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided. Baby cots and high chairs can be hired. Airport pickups, private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, additional linen and towel changes, extra bedding or pillows, and adjusted arrival or departure times can be requested through Veeve, subject to availability. A classical recital in the reception room can be arranged in advance through the team.
