The home accommodates up to 12 guests in four king bedrooms. The living area has large windows with ocean and Mokulua Islands views, ample seating, and two dining areas. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided throughout.
The primary bedroom has ocean and beach views, a lanai or balcony, cable TV, a closet and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has garden views, a dresser and a separate entrance with private access. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have ocean views. Guest Bathroom 2 is fully remodeled and upgraded.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, mixer, dishes and utensils. Outdoors, the private garden has a gazebo framed by Royal Palms, an outdoor dining area, a gas BBQ and an outdoor shower. A short path leads directly to Lanikai Beach.
Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron, hair dryer, television with satellite or cable channels, and a Sonos audio system. Beach chairs and umbrellas are complimentary; beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats and a cooler are also provided. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Free parking and self-check-in/check-out are available. Safety equipment includes smoke detection, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras.
