House rules
Minimum rental term is 30 days, with exclusive use of the entire property. Standard and maximum occupancy are 10 guests. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A utility fee of $1,000/month applies to stays of 21 days or longer. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
Direct access to Lanikai Beach is steps from the backyard. The Lanikai Pillbox Trail is within walking reach. Kailua town is a five-minute drive and Waikiki a 30-minute drive. A car is necessary.
