House rules
Minimum 30-day booking period; the monthly rate applies in full regardless of the number of nights stayed. Standard occupancy is six guests; up to eight guests require prior approval and additional fees. Online bookings are subject to owner or manager approval. An electric security deposit of $1,000 is refundable after checkout if usage is within limits; an electric allowance of $300 is included. Fees are subject to change. Beach-equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
Lanikai Beach is a two-minute stroll via Pokele Beach Access. A car is recommended. Kailua Town is a short drive away; HNL is the nearest major airport.
