The house

The two dwellings provide 1,469 sq ft of interior living space. The main house has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower, a lounge, an indoor dining area and a front lanai. Its equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both have split air conditioning and ceiling fans. The guest studio has a king bed and sofa bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a kitchenette, a living area with TV, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a balcony with partial ocean views. The studio accommodates two adults and two children or three adults.

The private, fenced backyard contains an in-ground private pool, loungers, covered seating, a BBQ and outdoor dining. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, flat-screen TVs, satellite or cable TV, a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting.

Complimentary adventure equipment includes two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, bikes, snorkel sets and boogie boards. Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are available; beach-equipment rentals are also offered for a charge. Lanikai Beach is a two-minute stroll via Pokele Beach Access. Kayaking to the Mokulua Islets is possible when conditions allow. Kailua Town is a short drive away for cafés, boutiques and Whole Foods; HNL is the nearest major airport.

The property is offered on a monthly basis with a minimum 30-day booking period. Standard occupancy is six guests, with a maximum of eight subject to prior approval and additional fees. Online bookings require owner or manager approval.
