House rules
Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more; stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking, and the customer support team coordinates scheduling and charges. Beach equipment rentals cost extra. Seasonal gnats are more prevalent during winter; keep doors and windows closed and screens secured to reduce their impact.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Groceries, shops, parks and restaurants are a short stroll away; Wyllie’s Beach is a longer stroll. Hanalei Bay and other nearby beaches are a short drive away. Some bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Parking is restricted to the driveway. Both homes have exterior surveillance cameras. The property is for sale; the property manager will arrange showings at a convenient time.
