The house

Lani Oasis and Pohaku Villa form one combined retreat for up to 20 guests. Each home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, its own entrance, an open-concept living area with vaulted wood ceilings, and a full kitchen. A short garden path through a banana grove and beneath an avocado tree connects the homes.

Both kitchens have stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, breakfast bars and dining tables. Equipment includes refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, coffee makers and grinders, kettles, blenders, rice cookers and cooking utensils. A barbecue is also available.

Each home opens onto outdoor seating and its own gated saltwater pool, with lounging patios, tropical landscaping and outdoor showers. The grounds include a lawn and private yard. A hot tub, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

All eight bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom features vary, including private lanais, mountain or pool views, and televisions. Living and dining areas rely on fans and trade winds rather than air conditioning. Smart TVs, ping pong tables, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi are available. A high chair and Pack and Play are provided, and children are welcome.

Groceries, shops, parks and restaurants are a short stroll away. Wyllie’s Beach is a longer stroll, while Hanalei Bay, other nearby beaches and botanical gardens are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Parking is free and restricted to the driveway. Both homes have exterior security cameras. The property is for sale, and the property manager arranges showings at a convenient time.
