All South Lake Tahoe City Ordinances must be followed. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Open flames and smoking are prohibited. Parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy of six guests must not be exceeded under any circumstances. The City of South Lake Tahoe may impose fines of up to $2000 without warning for violations.
Getting there
The townhome has a spiral staircase. Lakeland Village has private sandy beach access on Lake Tahoe and a pier. Heavenly Resort is within a mile; Ski Run Marina is a short stroll along the shoreline.
