The house

Lakeland Village 522 overlooks the wooded property and has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a spiral staircase, and a modern open layout. The townhome includes a well-equipped full kitchen, living and dining areas with space for meals, board games and puzzles, and a shaded balcony. It accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms, a loft, six beds and 1.5 bathrooms.

The 19-acre Lakeland Village grounds offer views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierras, two shared outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, private sandy beach access and a pier. Heavenly Resort is within a mile. Ski Run Marina is a short stroll along the shoreline, with boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping and dining. The area offers winter skiing and summer hiking, biking, golfing and water activities.
