House rules

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors and pets require prior approval. Pet stays incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction without refund. Children aged 2–12 are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, take rubbish to the correct bins, turn off appliances and lights, close doors and windows, and check for belongings. Return of found items within Australia is subject to postage and service fees, and retrieval is not guaranteed. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional cost; booking the preceding or additional night is suggested to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses offers claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions.

Getting there

The apartment is on the fourth floor with lift access. Key collection is 400 m from the property and available daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Canberra Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away. The hydronic heating system and wall heaters do not operate during warmer months. Baggage cannot be received or stored unattended before check-in or after check-out.
