The house

The apartment has contemporary furnishings, open-plan living, floor-to-ceiling windows and urban views. The lounge opens directly onto a private balcony and includes a sofa, Google TV, a dedicated study nook, a heater and a wall-mounted fan. Secure building access and lifts serve the apartment.

The bedroom has one queen bed, blackout blinds, a bedside table, hangers, heating and a fan. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup is provided. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hair dryer. Private laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.

The kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, capsule-compatible coffee machine, Smeg refrigerator, cookware, utensils and a dining table. Towels, toiletries, cleaning equipment and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. Wi-Fi is included.

Palace Electric Cinema, Lake Burley Griffin, Australian National University, Canberra Centre, Canberra Theatre Centre and the National Museum of Australia are nearby. Major bus routes and central Canberra transport links are close by; Canberra Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away.

The hydronic heating system is switched off during warmer months, when the wall heaters do not operate. Self-check-in is offered, with key collection 400 m away, available daily from 08:00 to 22:00. Long-term stays are also allowed.
