Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Up to two pets are allowed with approval and a fee per pet; undisclosed pets may incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator about registered service animals or emotional support animals. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The property is in a private fishing village on Laguna Madre Bay in Flour Bluff. North Padre Island Beach and Mustang Island are less than ten minutes away. The Bluff's Marina and boat dock is five minutes down the road. A convenience store and Gully's Bar are within walking distance. The property dock is only suitable for shallow-style boats; shallow water requires caution. Boat-slip access is first come, first served. Kayaks are not available for guest use.
