The house

Laguna Village Sanctuary brings together Big Slough, Yellowfin and Big Trout for one group stay, with eight bedrooms accommodating up to 22 guests. Big Slough sleeps eight and has a primary king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, a downstairs king bedroom, and an upstairs room with two twin bunk beds and an ensuite full bathroom. Yellowfin sleeps six, with a king primary suite with an ensuite bathroom and closet space, plus a second bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed.

Big Trout sleeps eight, with a king primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, another king bedroom, and a full-over-full bunk bedroom. Bedrooms include linens, towels, pillows and comforters; linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Shared facilities include an unheated community pool with bay views and a shaded cabana. A private boat dock serves shallow-style boats, with a boat ramp nearby. Kayaks are not available for guest use. The homes offer kitchens, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer facilities, TV, patios, a balcony and an outdoor grill.

The property is between Corpus Christi and North Padre Island. The Bluff's Marina and boat dock is five minutes down the road; North Padre Island Beach and Mustang Island are less than ten minutes away. A convenience store and Gully's Bar are within walking distance. Doc's Seafood, Snoopy's Pier and Restaurant, and Marker 37 Marina are across the bay.
