Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 150€ per stay. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
