The house

The villa has a garden with fruit trees, a private chlorine swimming pool measuring 5.7 × 2.8 m and 1.40–1.70 m deep, sun loungers and a barbecue. The property is fenced, with neighbours nearby.

Inside are two living rooms with televisions and work areas; one also has a dining area. The separate kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and towels are available. Wi-Fi is provided.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning: two have a double bed each and two have two single beds each. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Separate shower facilities are also available. Stairs lead to an additional air-conditioned upper-floor room overlooking La Gola natural park. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.

The house is in a quiet area of Port de Pollença. A stroll along the beach shore leads to the port centre and its promenade, shops and restaurants. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
